Clarivex Systems LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company. We help plumbing, HVAC and other service businesses respond to and follow up on their leads. Our website is meant for businesses.

Information you send us. When you email us, we receive what you include, such as your name, email address, business name, phone number and details about your business.
Public business information. To contact businesses that may benefit from our services, we collect business contact details from public sources, such as business websites and online business listings. This may include a business name, business email address, phone number, website, location and public reviews.
Website usage information. Our website is hosted by Wix.com. When you visit, Wix and its service providers automatically collect technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, the pages you visit, and the date and time of your visit, using cookies and similar technologies.
We do not collect sensitive personal information, such as health or financial account information, through this website.

Business emails and opting out
Every business email we send tells you how to opt out. Reply "no thanks" or email rifat@clarivexsystems.com and we will stop emailing you, within 10 business days at most. We keep a minimal record of your email address so we don't contact you again.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
With service providers that help us run our business, such as website hosting (Wix), email (Google Workspace) and payment processing. They may use it only to provide services to us.
When required by law, court order or a lawful request from authorities, or to protect our rights.

Text messages and mobile information
We do not currently send text messages through this website. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Information we handle for our clients
When we provide services to a client, we may handle information about the client's own customers, such as names, phone numbers and job details. We handle it only on the client's instructions and only to provide our services. We do not sell it or use it for our own marketing. The client's own privacy policy covers that information, so questions about it should go to the client.
